Tamara,

I groaned as I turned on the bed. Or that is what I was trying to do, but I couldn’t. I tried to turn over on my side, but again it was so hard and something was preventing me from doing that.

So I just sighed and went back to sleep, but then I heard a little whimper and a faint noise of someone crying in their sleep and I opened my eyes.

Only to be greeted with darkness and it was not because we were still at night but because there was something covering my face, something heavy too.

I pushed it away slowly and then I found a knee hitting me in the nose and I moaned in pain and then heard someone chuckle soon after.

“If you want to survive this, you need to tread carefully. Those little pups are savage when they want to be.”

Lily said from somewhere near and suddenly the weight on my face that was blocking the light and my view disappeared.
