"I wanted to thank you again for letting me on your territory. I am sure my Mate Penelope's cousin knows where she is. I am sure she is helping her hide from me," Alpha Blake said as I sat at my desk in my office.

"Of course. If I didn't know where my Mate was, I would hope you would help me find her. I would like to ask you a few questions before we speak to your Mates cousin. Why did she run away from you? It isn't normal for someone's Mate to run away without a good reason," I said

" I honestly don't know. When I saw her, I immediately knew she was my Mate. She returned to the Eclipse Pack with me, and I could tell she was nervous about being with me. After a while, she seemed to become more comfortable around me. I thought she was getting used to the idea of having a Mate. I was shocked when I went back home, and she was gone.
