6. Out Of The Night

​Jay's emotions run high as he sits silently for ​dinner, suppressing his anger. He secretly clenches his fist under the table, trying to avoid eye contact with the rest of his family, most specially with his father. He quietly rolls the pasta onto his fork, bringing it closer to his mouth. Jay is not the type of person who enjoys pasta, he prefers steaks. Terry, who is also stuffing his mouth with the juicy steak, exchanges looks with his mother.

Miranda is well aware that David is fuming with anger at the moment - spending all her life with this man she knows when and how to speak to him, so she remains silent, letting him do whatever he wants to. David Nashville begins eating his dinner, filling his plate with his favourite meals. He keeps on eating until he finally breaks the silence by informing the rest of them, “I have been very disappointed today. I am embarrassed and I have come up with a conclusion.”
