The access staircase is blocked off, and I can see Ghost's mark on the walls, a skill he's managed to leave behind so that if anyone approaches, he can warn them. It doesn't matter if it's friend or foe.

It's a skill from his draconic side because Dragons can mark their treasures so that they can be traced when they're stolen. Before we started down the stairs, I made the access doors close, so Victor held out his right hand and I held out my left. Sealing this entrance, no one would be able to get in, not without facing the two of us, but Ayla would be able to get out when she woke up.

We only start walking down the stairs after the doors are sealed and as we do, I can smell the blood getting even stronger, not only that, but I can feel my skin crawling and the sensation of little worms walking on it. Exactly the same feeling Ayla gets when she's around magic.
