Dinner

Damien walked out of the playroom and Audrey remained there in tears, she put on her robe and cried.

She slowly walked out of the room and paused when she saw Damien sitting on his bed with his face buried in his palm.

Audrey cried silently and headed towards the door, she expected him to apologize to her but he said nothing and didn't make a move, she walked out of the room and rushed into her room.

She got there and lay on the bed immediately, she wrapped the blankets around her and cried herself to sleep.

HOURS LATER

Audrey felt a hand on her hair and she groaned in her sleep, she slowly opened her eyes and flinched when she saw Damien staring at her, his hand was on her hair and she moved away from him immediately.

He stared at her and she wondered what he wants this time, to whip her again?

“You slept all day.” He said and she looked out the window, she realized it was dusk and she exhaled.
