B.2 CH12 – Grandma's Letter

JOHN

Mom was sad when she found out about my grandmother’s death. She apologized to me, but I already knew. Mr. Richard’s tour on the Alpha floor a while ago had given me the hint, and my assumptions were proven right with Dad’s words that she had passed away.

However, I felt relieved that I met her at least once.

‘After we shift, I can show you our memory.’ Atlas surprised me.

‘How?’ I was confused now.

‘It’s a wolf trait. All your memories are etched into your brain. Growing up, you forget them. But that doesn’t mean that they are erased. I can search for them and bring them back, showing them to you as if you relive them. I could do that now, but it’ll be the first time, and it’d take much of my energy. Dad said he would help us shift tonight, so I must be strong.’

‘Ok. I can wait. What were you discussing with Dad’s wolf?’

‘Oh, this and that. He’s happy to have a son to pass the pack to. Dad’s wolf, Zeus, didn’t want to give the pack to Herc, Ian’s wolf.’

‘Ian? I’ve heard that name
Acy B.

Thank you for reading! What do you think? Are John and Ian going to be best friends as Ian wanted as a kid?
