Jealousy?

Nate was in his office daydreaming. He wished he could stand up to go see Paige. He sprung up from his seat and paused.

"What if she doesn't want to see me?" He asked himself and sat down. He groaned silently and played with his fingers. It was few minutes to noon. He sprung up again and head out of his office.

"I am the boss" he said to himself. He twisted the handle of her door and walked in.

"Sure, I can make it tonight. Bye" she walked out of the bathroom and closed the door. She hung up the call and sighted Nate by the door.

"What brings you here sir?" She asked.

"Who were you talking to? You looked happy" he asked. She placed her phone on the table and slipped her finger into her hair.

"My private life is none of your business Nate" she said. Nate snorted and took few steps closer to Paige. Paige didn't even move from where she stood. She raised her head proudly, staring into his eyes.

"I see you look totally different from before" he smiled.
