"What happened? Who did this to you?" Fredrick asked his nephew whom he found in an awful condition in his own bar. He was lying in a pool of his own blood. Cedric was taken to a safe house and is being treated since then. He had a lot of injuries and a fractured leg. He still has a cast around his leg and it might take him a couple of months more to walk like he used to.

When Cedric refused to reply, his uncle glared at him with anger.

"Are you not ashamed of yourself? Someone entered your turf and almost killed you. Even though you had an advantage over him you still failed to kill him. Here I was thinking about talking with Mr. Gonsalves about you so that he can take you into his inner circle, but you couldn't keep it in your pants long enough for that to happen" he yelled at Cedric.

Cedric doesn't want to tell his uncle that he went after the same woman whom he was warned not to go after. He knows that it would end up in a disaster. So he kept quiet.
