While class is in session, Alfred went into deep thinking, not realizing that he wasn’t listening anymore. He just couldn’t face the fact that Olivia just ignored Conrad earlier. He thinks that maybe what Conrad said to her did hurt her badly. And because of that, Olivia pretended as if Conrad never existed. He starts to have a hard time wondering if the two of them can stay as friends or probably never see each other again because of it.
Break time occurred, and Conrad excused himself to use the restroom. Alfred wanted to come with him and talk to him but didn’t go through with it after seeing Conrad’s regretted look. He also wanted to talk to Olivia as well, but she is busy talking to Chef Austin, asking about what she missed in class while she was gone. He decides to follow Conrad instead and try to talk to him regarding him apologizing to Olivia.
Meanwhile, in the men’s restroom, Conrad splashed himself with water to realize if what happened earlier was real or n

As the glistening snow falls on the city of Philadelphia, people from all over the city prepare for the most joyous time of year, which most people like to call, Christmas. The one holiday where people would get together with their friends and families to celebrate this momentous occasion. Wherein they could enjoy a cup of cocoa by the fireplace, set up a Christmas tree and fill it with ornaments, drink eggnog with all their friends until they had enough, and most importantly, receive and give gifts. But on this momentous occasion, Conrad decided to do something different this year, along with his friends and family. It was a snowy morning. Conrad and his friends, Connor, and Jaiden were busy brainstorming ideas for their special surprise. They decided on treating the birds in nearby bird rescue.“Okay, what made you think to do this kind of thing at this time of year?” Connor asked.“Well, remember the time when Phili got out of his cage accid
Once Chef Austin dismissed his class, he asks Conrad and Olivia to stay for a private conversation between themselves. After hearing that, they stayed in their seats and waited for everyone to leave the room before approaching Chef Austin. Conrad told Alfred that he can go home first since talking to Chef Austin might take a while, and he didn’t want for him to wait outside. Alfred agreed, but before he leaves the room, he whispers to him that he should try to talk to Olivia after their little chat with Chef Austin later. Conrad agreed by saying that he’ll try talking to her once they're done talking to Chef Austin.Once everyone else left the room, Chef Austin walks up to them with a serious yet worried look on his face.“Do you know why I wanted to talk to you guys?” Chef Austin asked.“Is it because that we missed a week worth of lessons?” Olivia guessed.“Yes, but there are two more things…” Chef
Chef Austin suddenly shows up and interrupts Conrad and Olivia’s moment. The two felt embarrassed after getting caught by Chef Austin himself. Words weren’t coming out of their mouth, and both started to blush a bit. Chef Austin, on the other hand, was surprised to see the two making out just outside the building.“I’m sorry to break your moment, but it’s better if you guys do it somewhere else.” Chef Austin said. “It’s a good thing that I caught you and not guidance,” He continued. “Or else the two of you are going to be in big trouble.”“We’re sorry for that, Chef Austin.” Conrad apologized. “We promise that it won’t happen again.”“Now, go somewhere where you lovebirds can have fun without any disturbance.” Chef Austin said jokingly as he went on ahead.“Sure thing…” Olivia agreed shyly, as she was still recovering from t
The following morning, Conrad was chilling in the living area with a cup of coffee in his hand. He didn’t get to go back to sleep after writing an entry in his mental journal. Even when he wrote what he remembers in his dream, he couldn’t stop thinking about it.Alfred goes out of his room and notices Conrad up so early in the morning. He also notices that Conrad hasn’t slept after seeing him looking drowsy.“Good morning Conrad!” Alfred greeted.“Hey, good morning!” Conrad greeted back.“You’re up early…” Alfred said worriedly knowing that something is bothering Conrad.“Yeah, I couldn’t sleep after waking up in the middle of the night…” He said anxiously while scratching the back of his head. “You’re going out for a run?” He asked noticing his athletic clothing.“Well, since you’re up early, you want to join me for a ru
By the time Conrad and Alfred arrived in their apartment, Conrad was glad that Mike visited him. They let Mike settle down in the living area and told him to feel comfortable while he waits for Conrad to freshen up. But before he freshens up, he prepares Mike a cup of freshly brewed coffee from the kitchen. Once he's done making his coffee, he approaches him to give him the coffee.“I can’t believe you would visit me on your own,” Conrad said as he hands Mike the cup of coffee. “Not that I have no trust in you or anything,” He continued. “It just seems like you and mom are inseparable ever since I knew you guys we dating.”“Well, you’re not wrong there.” Mike agreed.“Where’s mom by the way?” Conrad asked.“You’re mom has a meeting with her new client right here in New York,” Mike answered. “She’s actually the one who planned to visit you while we&r
While they were enjoying their brunch, Elizabeth questions them about their conversation earlier out of curiosity. “Well, I’m going out on a date this Friday night,” Conrad answered nervously. “And Mike gave me some tips to prepare myself…” “That’s great!” Elizabeth said excitingly. “With Jaiden?” She asked. “I know you two were made for each other,” She said. “Wait, who’s Jaiden?” Mike asked out of confusion. “I thought you were going out with a girl named Olivia,” “He shared his first kiss with her,” Elizabeth answered, leaving Mike surprised by the thought that Conrad is going to date someone else. “But, who’s Olivia?” She asked. “She’s the girl I’m dating this Friday night,” Conrad answered. “We met at culinary school…” “Did something happen between you and Jaiden?” Elizabeth asked. “Nothing happened between us,” Conrad said. “I just thought that maybe it’s better if we stayed as friends.” He continued. “That way we could s
On the way back to the apartment, Conrad can’t stop thinking about the possible reason behind the package he received from his father. He kept asking himself, “Why would he send me a package so suddenly? Can he not give this to me personally? And why isn’t he responding to any of my texts or calls recently?”. He starts to worry about his father since he knows that this is unlikely for him. He just hopes that he can receive an answer once he opens the package. As they arrive, Conrad asks if they’re going to stay in his apartment for a while. Sadly, they won’t since Elizabeth needs to get home and start finishing her plans for her clients’ event. As Conrad opens the car door, Elizabeth notices the package he’s holding. She became curious about it ever since she got in the car. “Conrad, I’ve been meaning to ask, what’s that box you’re holding to?” She asked curiously. “It’s like your eyes are glued to it ever since we hit the road.” “Oh, it’s from dad,”
After opening the package, Conrad couldn’t stop thinking about the contents of the journal. He knew it was something he wasn’t prepared for but still wanted to see what was written in it, and find out the reason behind his sudden disappearance and the key that he left. He decided to dial his mother to see if she has something in mind. “Hi, honey.” Elizabeth greeted as she answered the call. “So, what did your father give you this time?” She asked curiously. “Well, folklore by Taylor Swift merchandise, a journal with a key tied to it, and two envelopes for each of us,” Conrad answered. “That’s thoughtful of him, I guess,” Elizabeth said unsurely. “Sorry, I got bothered when you said about a journal with a key tied to it and two envelopes for both of us. Did you see its contents though?” “No, and I was about to ask you about the key. If you have any idea what it’s for.” “Can you show it to me?” “Sure thing. I’ll send you the picture. Han
