Chapter 10

As he came to pay the bill he said "I have a surprise for you ". I was so excited I've never had a surprise before. We made our way out to his car. It was a beautiful black two door Mercedes. He opened the door for me, as I sat on the beautiful leather chair I couldn't help but admire everything in the car. It smelt like money. When he sat in he turned to me and said " Do you like " "I love " I giggled. He laughed as he was turning on the car. As we made our way onto the road I asked him "where are we going?"  "Not telling its a surprise " he said. I relaxed back in the car and listening to the music I've never been around this area. I was eager to find out where we were going. As soon as he pulled into the parking he saw my stunned face. He had taken me to the zoo. I couldn't believe it. I was so excited I couldn't wait to get out of the car and inside seeing all the animals.  Max bought tickets and we went through the gates.   Four hours later with lots of photos we sat down at the cafe for a break. He ordered two coffees and large bowl of fries.

I was so happy.  

I was hot!  

I was sweating!  

I didn't care !  

I was happy! 

I couldn't keep quiet talking about everything we saw. The main attraction today was us riding on the elephants. It was an amazing experience. 

"Thankyou for today, you don't know how much this means to me". I said.  

" I'm glad, I love how your eyes are sparkling with happiness" he said. I looked down into my coffee cup embarrassed. Thinking how red my face is. He told me to wait a minute he will be back. Five minutes later he came back with a stuffed toy elephant. It was adorable. I loved it . " Thankyou " I said looking into his eyes no one has ever bought me anything.  He took my hand as we made our way back to his car. 

After we left he told me he made reservations near the beach at a restaurant. "That's fine, I'm going to pay for dinner, you paid for breakfast and the zoo excursion.  No it's my turn to pay for dinner" I said .  

He started to argue with me. We argued all the way to the restaurant, and in the end he won. I gave up and Max paid for dinner.   

After dinner her took my hand and we walked along the beach. It was beautiful and quiet. " I've never been to the beach before" I told him.  

" Then that's next on your bucket list" " Next Sunday we're going to the beach" he said.  I didn't answer him, all I thought of  what excuse to use next week.  

We walked quietly holding each other's hands when we reached some rocks he said " Jenna,"   I looked up at him and before I knew what was happening he cupped my cheeks in both his hands and kissed me. Gently at first, then he poured everything into that kiss. He could tell I've never been kissed he was slowly opening my mouth to allow his tongue to touch mine.  

We were both so hot and breathless I broke the kiss and leaned my head again his chest. He kissed my forehead and said " that was an amazing " not knowing what to say I kept quiet. I knew it was amazing it was more then amazing! It was also wrong. A man like that wouldn't just want kisses, and I wasn't,  couldn't  provide anything more.  He  gave me a hug then wrapped his arms around my waist  as we made our way back to the car.
