HILDA'S POV

I was still limping, and it was all because of that stupid maid that had tampered with my toe the other day. I suddenly felt like the slap I had given to her that day was not enough at all, I would have done more than that to her.

I made up my mind that I would teach her a lesson for what she did to me by punishing her, so I sent for her while I sat on my bed and started nursing my injured toe.

While I was nursing my toe, I suddenly felt like I was hearing sounds of chaos from outside the house.

I stood up and limped to the window in order to see what was going on, but I could not see much from my window.

"What is going on outside?" I asked the maid who I had earlier sent for when she came into my room.
