ARIA It was the next day, and Dr. Sully told me he had to run some additional exams. After taking my blood samples, the doctor checked my vitals, eye response, and body reflexes. Then, they took me to the MRI in a wheelchair. I was lying in a white room with a huge semicircular machine going back and forth. It took ages to finish. I was scared, but I could see David behind the glass. He was never leaving my side, and I really liked him being here, always by my side. Last night, after our reintroduction, he tucked me to sleep and sat next to me the whole night, holding my hand. The morning when I woke up, I urged him to tell me what happened, but at that same time, the doctor came, and I had to proceed with all the checks needed. DAVIDA few days later, the doctor decided to discharge Aria. She was hospitalized for a week. They had run multiple checks on her, and when Dr. Sully was ready with the results, he came to the room to give us his medical diagnosis.FLASHBACK (A couple of days before)“Good morning, Alpha, Aria.” he greeted us both. “How are you feeling today, Aria?” He turned to her.“I’m not in pain anymore. When Alpha David brought you here, we put you straight into surgery and fixed the injury. However, the MRI showed that there is still fluid in that area. ARIA I was so nervous as I was entering the house. It was huge. It seemed more like a big hotel than a home to live in. David had told me about his family. It was just him and his mom. Luna Patricia. ARIA Dinner was superb! I haven’t eaten all day. Even though David had brought me breakfast at the hospital, before we left; later we stopped at a diner for lunch, and he had two bags full of snacks and drinks in the car during our drive home. I didn’t touch anything. I was so nervous to eat. Stressed-out about what I would face. Will the pack welcome me? Will his family accept me? Is David’s behavior going to change now that we returned, or will he continue to take care of me as he did at the hospital?
