CHAPTER 13; DID YOU JUST SLAP ME?
Aubrey was in shock and couldn't believe what had just happened. Rhyan has never once laid his hands on her, but now. She gently touched her red cheeks from Rhyan's slap and she couldn't help but wince. It stings.
"Did you just slap me?" She asked in disbelief.
Rhyan was frozen from his act. He couldn't believe he had hurt Aubrey, the woman he cherishes the most.
"I-I'm sorry honey... I was just jealous, did it hurt a lot?" Rhyan gently touched Aubrey's cheek.
"I'm fine." She looked away.
"Mommy!" A child shouted running towards Aubrey's direction.
"Ethan, my baby... Mom missed you so much!" She said hugging the child lovingly.
Aubrey had twins, a girl and a boy, Ethan, and Amber. But she can't always be with Ethan since Rhyan's parents always get him to stay with them. His parents aren't really fond of girls so Amber was always left out, but of course, Aubrey made sure her daughter wouldn't feel less.
