Besides, it's not like have money of our own anyway. I shyly scooted to Caine and said, "Credit card or cash please." I was embarrassed to ask someone —apart from Cindy— for money. It makes me uncomfortable.

*•ARA's POV•* I woke up to an empty bed. Now that I think about it, I'm not sure if Caine got in bed with me. I swung my leg off the bed, and walked to the bathroom to freshen up. Using my hand to cup water, I splashed the water on my face and looked into the mirror. My hair was all stuck on my wet face so I had to push it behind my ear to take a good look at myself. My eyes were red from crying and sleeping. I can't believe just one death has me shook. If I want to be the Beta Female of the Black Pack, then I have to get ready to see more dead body bodies.
