Jennifer sighed in relief while Antonio smirked at Emily's frozen figure.
There stood the Mafia in front of them while carrying a sleeping Rosaline in his arms. Her petite figure was draped in his black coat properly and her head was lying on his chest. Xavier was descending the stairs slowly and carefully making sure not to wake up his sleeping beauty.
Emily's eyes widened as she looked at Xavier in astonishment. The terrace was about 10 floors above the floor where they stood right now but he didn't look exhausted at all. His face was cold and his eyes were blank. He was carrying Rosaline as if she weighs nothing.

"Oh my God, what happened to her? Is she alright?"
