SAMANTHA'S POV

I didn't know What to expect when I went to the hospital

"How did you get a piece of the baby's hair?"he asked with a confused frown.

I recalled the day that Maeve had come into our house unannounced. When I had

lifted the baby up to hand him over to Maeve,I had grew one of my claws and cut out some strands of hair.

I knew that the only way to find out was to do it ourselves and asking maybe to come for a DNA test could cause problems.

I bit my lip anxiously.

"What's the problem?" he asked.

"The problem is that I don't know how Maeve would outrightly lie about a baby for goodness sakes,it’s a baby and it's a very big deal"I responded.
