Chapter Fifteen

I couldn't sleep a wink throughout my last night at the kingdom of Cessi. After Alexander told me he was a Lycan, I made it known to him that I didn't believe him. Lycans didn't have the ability to pause time. Although Lycans did have fast reflexes as attributed to Alexander, there were still a lot of blank questions that needed to be answered. Besides, the last living Lycans in existence were all killed with the aid of my father during the bloody coup. It couldn't be possible that Alexander was a Lycan.
