Wilbur smiled. "Ten minutes will do. I'll do it myself if he doesn't come."

Lightning Hank continued eating, seemingly carefree.

As the biggest gang in Seechertown and the ruler of the underground scene for almost twenty years, he was absolutely confident in himself.

Furthermore, he was not alone. A gang leader of one of the bigger gangs had wanted to ambush him but had been taken down by Hank's backer unnoticeably. Hank did not feel as if he needed to fear anyone.

This time, he was planning to let the Cape Consortium witness his power so that they would behave in the future.
