I couldn't believe how far Greyson had gone to protect his illegal business dealings and criminal empire. The bombing that killed poor John and destroyed the evidence against Greyson was a monstrous act. Greyson had shown he would stop at nothing to maintain his grip on power.

As Kimberly and I settled into the safe house out of town, I spent a lot of time thinking over our next moves very carefully. We would need to proceed with extreme caution. Greyson was alerted to our efforts to take him down now, which made things much more difficult and dangerous. However, I was determined to not let that stop us from achieving justice.

My priority was ensuring Kimberly's safety at all times. I didn't want to risk Greyson or his men being able to get to her. The safe house was extremely secure, without standing out. It would be a good place for us to regroup while I coordinate our counter-attack on Greyson's organization.
