Chapter 14 He’s Here

With the person behind him giving the word, Mr. Lee no longer had to pretend anymore.

Lindsey's sharp eyes turned vicious and the disgust in them was evidently showing.

"Mr. Lee, please show some respect."

"Hmph! Shameless bitch! You still dare to act high and mighty in front of me? I'll show you who has the power!"

As soon he finished his words, several strong bodyguards rushed into the private room, blocking Lindsey's exit.

Lindsey Juhl panicked, but she had to keep her composure and said through clenched teeth, "Mr. Lee, what are you trying to do?"

"Haha! With your pretty little face, if I don't enjoy our time together, wouldn't it be too much of a waste? Haha..."

Mr. Lee's debauched laughter made her feel like gagging.

"You...you dare!"

She felt the fear in her bones. If she fell in the hands of such people, she would rather die.

"You’ll know in a moment whether I dare to do it!

"This white and tender little hand...tsk tsk...Ms. Juhl, I’m already satisfied looking at you!"

While he said this he was stripping Lindsey with his stare.

"You shameless perv! If you dare touch me, I’ll make you regret it!"

"Haha! I love a challenge."

After he said that, Mr. Lee’s hands reached to grab Lindsey's face. His face turned lewd.

"You! Get away from me..."

Just when Mr. Lee approached her, Lindsey felt anxious and resisted desperately.

"Help! Someone help me!"

In such a rowdy place, things like this often occur. It was unlikely to be saved in this situation even if someone did pass by the door of the private room, they would have ignored the cries.

"Haha..."

Looking at Lindsey's frightened face, Mr. Lee felt even more satisfied and laughed unrestrainedly.

He was not able to be smug for too long. Before he retracted his laughter, he felt a sharp pain on his face.

"Ah! Who are you?"

Mr. Lee pointed with trembling hands. His face felt distorted from the punch this person who was in front of him gave him. He looked as furious as a guard dog that would attack at any moment.

A slender and tall man holding a cold expression looked at him in disdain from above and said harshly with a crisp and clear voice, "You’re not worthy of knowing my name!"

The sudden action gave Lindsey a chance to catch her breath. She opened her eyes and looked at the man in front of her. Suddenly, her brain felt buzzed and her tears spilled out involuntarily.

She was startled by the activity. When she was in danger earlier, Lindsey forced herself to stay strong and prevent others to see her vulnerabilities.

When this man appeared, it was as if all her strength drained away.

"Do you know who I am?"

"Not interested!"

Zayn Guggenheim was known to be rebellious and it did not occur to him to give any respect to such a person.

His eyes locked on Lindsey as if he wanted to skin her alive.

This woman had dared to come here alone. If he did not happen to be next door conducting business, she...

Mr. Lee did not allow Zayn to finish his thoughts. He was infuriated and roared, "Are you all dead? Go on and beat him to death!"

Everyone in the private room was under Mr. Lee and yet this man was not giving him the respect he wanted. It would be a strange sight if he was not furious!

Mr. Lee hired these guards, yet they were standing calmly, watching him get beaten.

After finally processing his orders in their minds, the bodyguards let go of Lindsey and faced Zayn.
