Chapter 47

Fenrir returns to the outpost in the dead of night. It would be far harder to explain where he had been to the entire group of wolves rather than his close friends. However, he is also here to tell them everything that's been going on. Since merging with Anubis, he is conflicted about how they will take this news. He wonders what the ramifications of his actions will have on their outlook of him. Not that he cares as much, but his curiosity is getting the best of him. In either case, he will accept whatever outcome happens.

Waking them up at this hour will surely put them in a bad mood. Fenrir decides to travel to the training grounds where he knows they will return to in the morning. Upon reaching the training grounds, he starts to meditate on more important issues.
