Chapter 16

The forest became my hiding place the whole day. I never showed to anyone, even towards my mom. I wanted to be alone to freshen my mind and just came out from the forest when darkness started to cover the entire pack.

Luna spoke up at last. “Where are we going now?”

She didn't talk to me after the conversation between me and Alpha Jace. It's maybe because she wanted to give me some space to think.

“I don't know. I have no plan of going home. For sure, Dad and I would be fighting.” I replied. Luna just let out a sigh and went back to sleep.

As I walked down the street, I found the nearest bar here in the pack. Alcohol appeared in my head. I don't usually drink, but when my mind is too preoccupied, I want to clean it with alcohol.

“Give me three cans of beer.”

I sat down at an empty table as I waited for my drinks to be delivered. Luna does not dare to speak. She must be sleeping now. While my drinks had finally arrived after three minutes of waiting, I started to drink it.
