The drive back 'home' was silent, I spent all the hours looking out the car window without listening to a thing George was saying. Yes, I called George to pick me up. He was the only one I could call, he was the only one I knew outside town...I might be scared of him now, but to my advantage being a werewolf just meant he could protect me if anything went wrong. We were driving in the middle of the night and it seemed like it was just our car on the highway. The one thing I needed was protection.I only turned away from the window when the car stopped. I strained to listen to Mousey on the other call and she had asked him to come pick her up. Willow's POVMy phone buzzed for the hundredth time again and this time I switched it off. Simone and George have called steadily and sent lots of messages. Simone is apologizing for taking me to the bachelor's party and asking why I left without telling her. George on the other hand is begging to see me, asking to pick up my calls and he would explain what happened, also asking if I hadn't told anyone.I didn't want to talk to any of them, I needed space from the double trauma. Since we mounted into the human world in search of glozikes, I had personally eliminated more than twenty glozikes from different cities at Luca's order.
