RAVEN'S POV

Just as I walked in to take a rest from the day's work, Sophia walked in as if she'd been waiting at one corner for me to enter.

“Raven, we need to talk.” She said with authority.

“No, we don't.”

“And why is that?” She questioned.

“Because I want to rest.”

“You are not dodging from this conversation, Raven. I've been tolerating you for so long, and I'm not doing that again. Tonight, we must have this conversation right now whether you like it or not!” She insisted as a matter of fact.

“Okay, keep talking. When you're done, don't forget to shut the door after you. Goodnight.” I laid on my bed, closing my eyes.

“You dare not sleep while I am talking to you, Raven.” I ignored her. “Raven, you must wake up or else I ain't leaving this room.”

I still ignored her. I felt if I didn't respond to her she'd leave and let me be, but she didn't act like she was leaving any second from now.

“Fine, since you have refused to say something, then we'll both sleep here.”
