Chapter 11

Ashley's/Olivia's POV

I felt a tap on my shoulders and something tugging at my legs. As I turned to look back, a bright light shone brightly on my face.

I was blinded by the light for an instant and tried to scream but I heard an alluring voice in my head.

"Come to me, dear. Your wishes are granted. This is a new opportunity, use it well." The light started to recede and I felt my head lurch in the darkness that had now overwhelmed the whole place. I was about to scream when I woke up with a gasp only to realize I had been dreaming.

"What is it? Are you okay?" I heard another voice ask me.

Where is that voice coming from? I turned to see two eyes peering at me in the dark. I was taken aback and tried to turn on the light by the bedside but couldn't find it.

The eyes moved closer and closer until they crossed over me and a hand turned on the light by my side.

My heartbeat rate only reduced back to normal when I saw the face and that it was Lance.
