Chapter 98 - Ruby

Jake pulls me into the house and closes the door. We are laughing as we head inside. Teasing Gabe is so easy to do, though him trying to play at being a spy and watching us was hardly discreet. He is the size of a fricking giant, and far from delicate when moving around, so he could not be quiet if he tried! Watching him trying to sneakily watch us initially was amusing. I can’t lie. It was even funnier watching Jake go to meet him at the fence when he didn’t know he would be there.

Gabe nearly fell over from shock when he peeked back up over the fence to look for us again, and Jake’s eyes were facing his! I was almost crying from laughter! I swear my sister is married to a simpleton at times, yet he loves her unconditionally, and he worships the ground she walks on, so I can’t really knock him. And the weirdo is really funny too, so I do have a bit of a soft spot for my crazy brother-in-law, I have to admit.
