Sarah's POV

By the time I got home it was just 6:30 am, enough time for me to prepare and go to work afterwards,

“Ma'am, we're here?”

The driver said to me, as I got out of my deep thoughts.

“Oh really?”

I said. I was a bit embarrassed as he had been calling out to me for a while. I took out a few bills from my purse as I paid him off.

“Thank you, Mr.”

I said to the driver, as I got out of the taxi, I entered my house, closing the door behind me and heaved a deep sigh of relief. After what happened to Justin and I at his place, I don't think I'd have the courage to look him in the eye today at work.

No, not what you're thinking. After I walked into the room, he had been giving me some sort of attitude, so before he woke up, I darted out of there to come home then prepare for work so I wouldn't have an excuse to give for my lateness.

“I just hope today goes well.”
